Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
All scheduled appointments require a valid card on file. Please cancel or reschedule at minimum 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
RESCHEDULES:
If you reschedule the same appointment more than 3x, you will be required to pay a deposit before being allowed to reschedule. If the appointment is rescheduled again, online booking privileges will be revoked and the deposit will be forfeited.
DEPOSITS:
We require a deposit upon booking for all new clients that will be applied at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling policies apply.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Late arrivals of 15 mins + will result in a same day cancellation fee or reduction of service time charged at full price.
NO SHOWS:
99% of the service booked will be charged if there is a no call/no show. If your card on file is declined, your account will be placed on hold until the payment has been received. Online bookng privileges will be revoked & pre - payment will be required for all future appointments for those who have a history of no showing.
